Careers with Fairburn

Fairburn’s vision is to provide exceptional outdoor experiences. To support our guests exploration of the local area and to discover more about themselves and the locals.

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic staff, that will bring with them a hard working and flexible attitude to their work. There are various positions that work together to achieve our vision. These include outdoor instructors and general assistants (who undertake a variety of roles within the hospitality side of our business).

Outdoor Team

Whatever your passion and preferred role, we have something for you! No two days are the same as we deliver a variety of programs throughout the year to schools and youth groups.  We have a comprehensive offering to our B&B and glamping guests that enable them to learn more about the local area, there’s plenty to keep you busy!

Outdoor Instructor

We are always on the lookout for outdoor instructors with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
Whilst working at Fairburn there will be opportunities to progress your knowledge and complete certain qualifications.

We will be happy to keep you up to date with opportunities for training.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping positions at Fairburn are at the forefront of our guests experience. That is why we require a diverse team that is used to working in a demanding environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail and very high work ethic.
