Fairburn’s vision is to provide exceptional outdoor experiences. To support our guests exploration of the local area and to discover more about themselves and the locals.

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic staff, that will bring with them a hard working and flexible attitude to their work. There are various positions that work together to achieve our vision. These include outdoor instructors and general assistants (who undertake a variety of roles within the hospitality side of our business).

Outdoor Instructors – Guides – Leaders

Whatever your passion and preferred role, we have something for you! No two days are the same as we deliver a variety of programs throughout the year to schools and youth groups. We have a comprehensive offering to our B&B and glamping guests that enable them to learn more about the local area, there’s plenty to keep you busy!

We are keen to hear from instructors/guides/leaders with qualifications in the following areas:

> Experienced paintball assistants / managers
> Mountain Leaders
> Mountain Bike coaches/guides/leaders
> Paddlesports Leaders
> IOL qualified Bushcraft instructors

Adventure leader university students – Start your career with Fairburn

If you are attending UHI Inverness & UHI Fortwilliam, participating in Edinburgh college or Perth college Adventure Leader programs, we can support your learning with access to a wide range of coaches and tutors that will support your career with Fairburn and the Adventure tourism industry.
